My name is Melanie Mapes and I am a REALTOR® with Century 21 Signature Real Estate, working with buyers and sellers throughout central and southeast Iowa. I love what I do, especially the people I get to meet along the way. No two clients or situations are the same, and I enjoy getting to know what matters to each person so I can help them navigate the process with their goals and best interests always in mind.
I know how important it is to have someone you can trust when buying or selling a home. My approach is never about pressure, but about helping people feel informed and comfortable making decisions on their own timeline. I want my clients to know I have their backs and that they can count on me for honest advice. I work hard, love a good challenge, and believe there's room for some fun along the way!
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom to three boys. One of my absolute favorite places to be is at the ballpark watching my boys play baseball! I also enjoy spending time outdoors and am always on the lookout for a great coffee shop. I’m passionate about the communities I get to work in, and one of the best parts of this job is the relationships that continue long after closing.
